Location

Guest-house, accommodation Znojmo and restaurant Ham-Ham is a new guest-house in Znojmo, accommodation Znojmo - Havraníky. There is a National Park Podyjí in its close neighbourhood. It is located cca 2km far from the Austrian border and cca 5km far from Znojmo.

Basic information

Guest-house with restaurant HAM-HAM NATIONAL PARK is located directly in the protected zone of the NATIONAL PARK PODYJÍ, two kilometers far from the Austrian border, right on the road connecting Znojmo with the Austrian town Retz. Marked bike routes go through villages with numerous vine cellars and vineyards as well as wine-tasting spots of the famous wine producing company Znovín. Guest-house is a new building with 2 up to 4-bed rooms with barhrooms and colour TV with satellite.

Restaurant on the ground floor is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. There is a PC with internet access available in the restaurant (for a small fee). Guests are invited to rest in the summer garden with a grill and park their cars at the parking lot next to the building. For bikers, there is bike shelter available free of charge or they can rent bikes for fee. For fee, also small dogs are allowed in the guest-house. We also provide accommodation in penzionu Havelka the historical center of Znojmo and for a small company, we also provide accommodation in the rustical building with a farmyard.

Special price information: Accommodation prices increase for additional CZK 100 per person and day during Grape Harvest in Znojmo.

During the Grape Harvest we provide transfers to the Znojmo center and back

Village of Znojmo - Havraníky is an excellent starting point for all who love great wine, sightseeings, nature as well as biking.

• Suitable for fishermen.
• At the near aerodrome, there are sightseeing flights available.
• In the morning, we recommend our guests to try horse riding (there is a farm in the village).
• Upon agreement, we provide transfers by a passenger car.
• Our guests can (for fee) park their cars in the protected area.
• Threre are many sightseeings, interesting and pitoresques places both in the neighbourhood and in close parts of Austria. It is our pleasure to provide our guests with advice and help with selecting suitable tourist routes according their demands.

Rooms

There are comfortable 2, 3 and 4-bed rooms with a possibility of an extra bed and a three-rooms appartment (6 beds). Maximum accommodation capacity is 26 beds. There are bathrooms in all rooms with WC and either bathtubes or showers.

Children up to 3 years are entitled to FREE ACCOMMODATION (subject to available capacity).

Bike rental, internet, bike shelter free of charge, room service, restaurant services, summer garder - with service, gril, free parking in our own parking lot.

We provide:

Sightseeing flights in a two-seats airplane (under suitable weather condition), horse riding, planning bike routes with refreshment in our rustical pub Selský dvůr in Strachotice or in the service station Ham-Ham Vranovská Ves, wine-tasting in wine cellar, eventually we can organise paintball battle in the empty military space.

Central European unique Havraníky heathland, Sea of stones, canyon of river Dyje with a suspension bridge, worldwide famous vineyard Šobes, Pustý hill with a prairie vegetation, Charles Castle, border military fortresses from the the World War 2, decorated wine cellar in Šatov, bike route along the vineyards, roman rotunda of St. Catherine, Znojmo Castle, Znojmo catacombs, Znojmo Museum, Dam of Vranov, Vranov Castle, Bítov castle, unique baroque watermill in Slup, Jaroslavice pond (the biggest pond in South Moravia).
